Raku pottery is hand crafted by an expensive, painstaking process that creates an opalescent coloring with rust, blue, violet, yellow, and copper hues. The result is an heirloom quality pottery piece that is unlike any pottery. Not mass-produced, each piece is a one-of-a-kind work of art , with a fingerprint-like design in that it can never be duplicated exactly.
