The Legend of the Dreambox
The Legend of the Dreambox (often attributed to Lemuria) suggests writing down your fondest dream, greatest desire, or strongest wish on a small piece of paper. The paper is then put inside your Dreambox, which is placed beside your bed. Every evening as you retire and every morning as you rise, hold your Dreambox and think of your dream, believing with all your heart that it is so. Legend has it, if done faithfully your dream will come true.
This 1 1/2 inch diameter Dream Box is turned from select new England Maple, hand finished, then laser carved in amazing detail and inlaid with mother of pearl. The result is a beautiful, finely two-piece crafted container. The snugly fitting lid makes this box perfect for a piece of fine jewelry, for carrying pills when traveling, for storing buttons, pins, tie-tacks, cufflinks... an endless number of uses.
