Returned items may be removed from packaging, but they must be in new saleable condition.
Unless defective, we cannot accept returns of made-to-order, custom made or monogrammed items (see product description for more detailed information).
Items can be exchanged or purchase price refunded. Items purchased with eGift Cards (gift certificates) can be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the purchase price.
