Return Policy Details
With Sunland Home, LLC's 365 day return policy, there are no unusual catches or exceptions. We only ask that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.
You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the original condition that you received them.
Free Return shipping is available for some items (bedding, items by The CowhideStore, Zapotec Rugs, etc. [see item] ) that are shipped to the 48 Continental US states. For those items you will be provided a pre-paid domestic US shipping label.
Expedited shipping costs (3-Day, 2-Day or Next-Day Air) may not be refunded unless items are defective or wrong items were shipped.
We ask that you contact us before returning your items to tailor easy return instructions to your situation. Some damaged items may be replaced without requiring you to return the damaged item.
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. As part of our 365-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 365 days of purchase.
