Natural variations in color and shape give each item its own personality. All of these high quality stoneware creations are hand made in Mexico. They are lead-free glazed inside and out. - Shipping issues. Review by Joan
The product was a gift for someone and was very well received. I'm actually looking at a couple of these mugs for myself. The shipping took longer than estimated which made this gift late for the party' however, in following the tracking info I'm sure the fault was with USPS and not Sunland. Perhaps a different carrier would be a good thing. The other suggestion has to do with the packing peanuts. They are truly EVIL! They cling to hands and arms and clothing and are a nightmare to dispose of. I order products regularly from Amazon.com who uses air pillows for packing and nothing has ever arrived broken.
