I made a mistake in measuring and needed to return a rug hanger in exchange for on of the proper size. No issue whatsoever. I even volunteered to absorb some expense, but Sunland rebated it all and did so promptly. And the hanger looks terrific, I might add!
Wow! I could not be any more pleased and thrilled with the cow skull I received. I was absolutely floored at the perfection, size, and overall quality.
