Everything was exactly as described on the website. I had a question about delivery and the customer service was excellent. It arrived well wrapped and on time.

I made a mistake in measuring and needed to return a rug hanger in exchange for on of the proper size. No issue whatsoever. I even volunteered to absorb some expense, but Sunland rebated it all and did so promptly. And the hanger looks terrific, I might add!
