This useful and decorative item consist of a sturdy metal base cut from rigid 14ga steel that crafted with our original design. Then it is given a textured swirl covered with primer and two coats of satin enamel. The post is given an attractive plastic cap as shown. Silicone feet on the bottom lifts the base just off the countertop surface and provides non-marring support that won't slip. paper towel roll is not included.
