Return Policy Details

Our goal is to make returns easy and painless. For most items, there are no unusual catches or exceptions. We only ask that you send the items back to us in the original packaging if you can, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.

Everyday Items

  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the shipping date.
  • Just contact us using one of the links above to obtain return authorization and instructions.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
  • Products must be in the original condition that you received them.
  • For most orders (see "Custom Items" and "Special Conditions" below), we will pay for return shipping by sending you an easy prepaid return label.
  • Sorry, but if you ship an item back to us without using our prepaid label (paying for it yourself), we will be unable to refund what you paid for return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges may not be refunded unless items are defective or wrong items were shipped.
  • We ask that you contact us before returning your items to tailor easy return instructions to your situation. Some damaged items may be replaced without requiring you to return the damaged item.
  • If a coupon was used on the original order, the coupon will be applied evenly to all items in the order when calculating refund or credit amount(s).
  • If a coupon was used based on a dollar threshold and the returned item reduces the order amount to below that threshold, the order discount will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
  • If order received free shipping by meeting a dollar threshold and an item is returned causing the free shipping threshold to not be met, then the shipping amount that would have been charged will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom Items

  • Items, such as custom patchwork and Zapotec rugs (or any items with "custom" in the name), will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned.
  • Personalized or monogrammed items are not returnable.
  • Custom cornices are not returnable.

Special Conditions

Certain practices are considered abuses of our return policy and will incur a 25% restocking fee or refusal. Please refrain from these practices.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are not new (show dirt, pet hair, wear from use or washing).
  • Purchase of multiple items for evaluation with the intention of keeping one and returning the rest. These returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • Purchases by staging companies who use items in the course of business and return them afterward, essentially "borrowing" the items for free. These returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
