Our goal is to make returns easy and painless. For most items, there are no unusual catches or exceptions. We only ask that you send the items back to us in the original packaging if you can, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.
You can return your purchase up to 30 days from the shipping date.

Free return shipping is not available for rugs, bedding, cow skulls, and clearance items marked down 40% or more. Cowhides, cow skulls, rugs, bedding, and clearance items are returnable, but customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In some cases restocking fees will apply to these items (see below).
Original shipping charges may not be refunded unless items are defective or wrong items were shipped.
We ask that you contact us before returning your items to tailor easy return instructions to your situation. Some damaged items may be replaced without requiring you to return the damaged item.
If a coupon was used on the original order, the coupon will be applied evenly to all items in the order when calculating refund or credit amount(s).
If a coupon was used based on a dollar threshold and the returned item reduces the order amount to below that threshold, the order discount will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Custom items like custom patchwork rugs, custom patchwork runners, Zapotec rugs, and other custom items will incur a 25% restocking fee. Custom rug hanger sizes (those not listed in drop-down menu on product page) are not returnable. Personalized items (such as name and address numbers or signs), one-time commissioned items and custom cornices are not returnable.
International (outside the US) shipping charges, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Errors and Omissions: SunlandHome, LLC reserves the right to modify or interpret the details of this return policy in case of errors and/or omissions.
TO THE TRADE (TTT) PROGRAM: Free return shipping does not apply to to orders receiving trade discounts. Customer is responsible for return shipping. And, TTT returns will incur a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
We ask that you refrain from these practices which are considered abuses of our policy:
Returning items that are not new (show dirt, pet hair, wear from use or washing).
Purchase of multiple items for evaluation with the intention of keeping one and returning the rest.
Purchases by staging companies who use items in the course of business and return them afterward, essentially "borrowing" the items for free.
Purchases of multiple unwanted items to reach our free shipping dollar threshold, then returning the unwanted items.
Purchases of multiple unwanted items to reach dollar threshold that includes a free gift with purchase, then returning the unwanted items and keeping the free gift.
Abuses of the return policy will result in a 25% restocking fee or a refusal of the returned package.

When the first raven mug came delivered in a smashed box and broken in many pieces, due to negligence in the part of USPS, I contacted Sunland customer service.
