I made a mistake in measuring and needed to return a rug hanger in exchange for on of the proper size. No issue whatsoever. I even volunteered to absorb some expense, but Sunland rebated it all and did so promptly. And the hanger looks terrific, I might add!

This is a product I would buy again and again. Very well made and beautiful. Works as exected and the team worked with me for a custom size which fits the small rug to a tee.
